Getting connected
PLEASE NOTE - All of the apps you need for school will be automatically installed onto your device.
If you're new to Scone Grammar School, have a new device, or just need to connect up for the first time – the process is simple. Your best choice is to follow this process before you bring your new device to school. However, you can complete it once you're on campus if you prefer.
If you're at home, begin by connecting your device to your home Wifi network.
If you're at school, begin by connecting your device to the SGS-Connect network. The password is onboardme26
To begin, tap the kind of device that you're connecting. You'll need to have your Scone Grammar Email Address and Password ready.
If you've got any questions, please get in touch with IT Services via support@sgs.nsw.edu.au or complete this form.
Double-click on the Company Portal.pkg file which downloads, and follow the instructions.
Tap the Install button and open the Intune Company Portal once it has completed installing.
Install the App, then open it and follow the instructions.

For iPads, iPhones, Windows PCs and Macbooks
Open the App Store for your device and search for Company Portal
If it's not installed, tap the Get button. Once it's installed, tap the Open button.
You already have the Company Portal app on your device if you can see this icon in your apps list:
Sign in to the Company Portal with your SGS Email Address and Password.
Follow the instructions on-screen after you press Begin. The process will look similar to the prompts below:
Once the process is complete (about 5 minutes), your device will automatically switch to the SGS Wi-Fi Network and begin installing the apps you need.
